Authors retain the copyright to their work published in LJAAS. The journal only holds the exclusive right to publish and distribute the article.
✓ Creative Commons License
Published articles will be released under a Creative Commons Attribution License (CC BY). This license allows others to copy, distribute, display, and perform the work and derivative works based upon it, but only if they give the author or licensor the credits in the manner specified by these.
✓ Author Responsibilities
Authors are responsible for obtaining all necessary permissions for third-party content included in their submissions. Any permissions, licensing fees, or copyright issues related to such content are the responsibility of the authors.
✓ Journal's Right to Display and Distribute
While authors retain copyright, LJAAS has the perpetual right to display and distribute published articles. Authors are required to acknowledge LJAAS as the original place of publication.
✓ Reuse and Adaptation
Authors and third parties are free to reuse and adapt published material for non-commercial purposes, provided proper attribution is given.
