Author Guidelines

1. General Submission Policy

  • Manuscripts must be original, unpublished, and not under review elsewhere.
  • All submissions must be written in clear academic English.
  • Authors must ensure ethical research standards and proper citation practices.
  • Typical article length: 4,000 – 8,000 words (excluding references).
  • All submissions undergo double-blind peer review.

2. Manuscript Format

  • File format: Microsoft Word (.doc / .docx)
  • Font: Times New Roman, 12 pt
  • Spacing: 1.5 line spacing
  • Margins: 2.5 cm on all sides
  • Page layout: A4 size, single column
  • All tables and figures must be embedded within the text

3. Structure of Manuscript

  • Title Page – Title, authors, affiliations
  • Abstract – 200–250 words summary
  • Keywords – 3 to 6 keywords
  • Introduction – Background and objectives
  • Literature Review – Theoretical foundation and gap
  • Methodology – Research design and methods
  • Results – Findings presentation
  • Discussion – Interpretation of results
  • Conclusion – Summary and implications
  • References – APA 7th Edition style

4. Tables & Figures

  • Tables must be numbered and titled above
  • Figures must have captions below
  • High-resolution images (300 DPI minimum)
  • No duplication of data in tables and figures
All tables and figures must be cited in text (e.g., Table 1, Figure 2).

5. Citation & References

  • APA 7th Edition referencing style is required
  • In-text citation format: (Author, Year)
  • All cited works must appear in reference list
  • Minimum 15–25 academic references recommended

6. Ethics & Publication Policy

  • No plagiarism or duplicate submission allowed
  • Authors must disclose conflicts of interest
  • Data falsification is strictly prohibited
  • Authors are responsible for accuracy of content

7. Submission Process

  • Submit through the OJS journal system
  • Include author names and contact email
  • Ensure formatting compliance before submission
  • Revisions must be returned within deadline

Submission Preparation Checklist

The manuscript is original and has not been published or submitted elsewhere.

The manuscript is formatted according to journal guidelines (Times New Roman, 12 pt, 1.5 spacing).

The article follows the required structure (Title, Abstract, Introduction, Methods, Results, Discussion, Conclusion).

Abstract is between 200–250 words and includes key findings.

Keywords (3–6) are included below the abstract.

All tables and figures are properly numbered, titled, and referenced in the text.

References follow APA 7th edition style.

All in-text citations are included in the reference list.

The manuscript has been checked for grammar and spelling errors.

Ethical approval (if required) has been obtained and mentioned.

No plagiarism exists in the manuscript (checked using plagiarism tool).

All authors have approved the final version of the manuscript.

Conflict of interest statement is included (if applicable).

Author contact details and affiliations are correct.

Note: Manuscripts that do not meet the checklist requirements may be returned to authors before peer review.
